Fourteen completed. Kitchens and baths, whole-house renovations, second stories, structural repair, concrete and site work, and outdoor kitchens.
Layout changes, structural modifications, cabinetry and millwork coordination, tile, and full mechanical and electrical work.
Ground-floor additions and vertical expansions, including the foundation and framing work underneath them.
Foundation work, retrofits, framing repair, and structural concrete on residential and light commercial buildings.
Full interior rebuilds with new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, envelope, and finishes.
Roof replacement and repair, including assemblies coordinated with structural and insulation requirements.
Outdoor kitchens, hardscape, grading, drainage, and site development.
Every proposal comes as a line-item breakdown, not a lump sum with a paragraph under it. You see what each trade costs, what is included, and what is specifically excluded.
Changes get written down before the work happens, priced, and signed. That is the only way a remodel ends anywhere near where it started.
If your budget doesn’t match your scope, we’ll say so at the proposal stage rather than at drywall.

No charge for the first conversation. Tell me what you have — a lot, a claim, a set of plans, or just a question — and I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m the right fit.
