Before construction, I spent years in data science and systems engineering — building forecasting models and fixing operations that didn’t work. That’s an unusual road into this trade, and it shows up in how I run a job: real schedules with a real critical path, estimates built from line items instead of square-foot rules of thumb, and documentation you can actually check.
Across my career I’ve managed more than $85 million in project value. With G&J I’ve delivered ten fire rebuilds in Altadena and Pacific Palisades and fourteen remodels, and I’ve worked directly with insurance carriers to document what those rebuilds truly cost.
