20,000 Sq. Foot Outdoor Kitchen

Construction of a 20,000 square foot, fully integrated outdoor kitchen and culinary event space designed for high-capacity use and durability. Scope included site preparation and grading, reinforced concrete foundations and slabs, structural framing, and custom hardscape installation. The project featured multiple commercial-grade cooking stations, built-in grills, pizza ovens, prep areas, bar service zones, and food storage areas.



Work also included installation of gas, water, electrical, and drainage systems; exterior lighting; fire and life-safety elements; custom stone and masonry finishes; weather-rated cabinetry; shade structures; and ADA-compliant access pathways. The space was engineered for heavy use, seamless workflow, and long-term outdoor exposure, while maintaining a high-end architectural aesthetic suitable for large events and professional food service operations.
